AWARDSVOOPOO ARGUS G4 and MAGIC POD (ARGUS Multi-Ohm Cartridge) earned 2nd Place honors at InterTabac World Alternative Awards for Best Vape Device and Best Vape Innovation.
VOOPOO has earned two 2nd Place recognitions at the InterTabac World Alternative Awards 2026, with the ARGUS G4 named 2nd Place for Best Vape Device of the Year and the MAGIC POD (ARGUS Multi-Ohm Cartridge) taking 2nd Place for Best Vape Innovation of the Year. The awards, presented during the InterTabac trade fair in Dortmund, Germany, highlight products that push the boundaries of design and function in the reduced-risk nicotine segment.
The ARGUS G4 represents a significant step forward for VOOPOO's pod system lineup. At its core is a 1650 mAh high-density battery, delivering up to five days of use on a single charge and supporting a maximum output of 35 W. The device features a 0.85-inch HD display, stepless airflow adjustment, and a full-metal chassis that weighs just 65 g. Charging is handled via Type-C at 5V/2A, reaching full capacity in approximately 45 minutes.
What truly distinguishes the ARGUS G4 is its compatibility with the MAGIC POD (ARGUS Multi-Ohm Cartridge), the product that earned VOOPOO its second award of the evening. This cartridge is the industry's first to integrate three resistance options—0.4Ω, 0.7Ω, and 1.0Ω—into a single pod. Users can switch between resistances by simply flipping the cartridge or double-pressing the device button, allowing a single pod to accommodate different vaping styles and e-liquid preferences. The system is powered by VOOPOO's Multi-Core Electrode Technology, which enables the resistance switching without requiring multiple cartridges.
The MAGIC POD also features iCOSM CODE 2.0 technology, VOOPOO's comprehensive flavor platform. Central to this system is Golden Cotton, an aerospace-grade wicking material rated to withstand temperatures up to 260°C. According to VOOPOO, this allows the cartridge to deliver consistent flavor for up to 100 mL of e-liquid without degradation, leakage, or burnt taste. The cartridge holds 3.5 mL / 2 mL and is compatible with more than 21 devices across the ARGUS Pod Family.
Third-party reviewers have responded positively to both products. Versed Vaper described the ARGUS G4 as "probably my favorite straight-out-of-the-box pod vape I have used in at least 12 months," adding that the multi-ohm pods "could have been a gimmick, but as far as I am concerned, they definitely aren't." The outlet also noted that the pods' ability to switch between multiple resistances "only further elevates them."
The InterTabac World Alternative Awards recognize achievements across the alternative nicotine products sector, with winners determined through a combination of expert jury evaluation and industry online voting. The 2026 ceremony took place on September 16 in Dortmund, Germany. These two 2nd Place honors add to VOOPOO's growing list of 2026 recognitions, which also include two awards at the Vape Club Show 2026 in Moscow for Best Pod of the Year and Best Innovation Technology.
For vapers seeking a versatile pod system that adapts to different preferences without requiring multiple devices or cartridges, the ARGUS G4 paired with the MAGIC POD offers a compelling combination of battery life, flavor consistency, and on-the-fly adjustability. The InterTabac recognition underscores the product's standing in an increasingly competitive category.
Warning: This product may be used with e-liquid products containing nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance.
