1. How can I know if I have won a prize? How will the prize be sent? How can I claim the
prize?
Within 7 working days after the end of the event, VOOPOO official will contact the user via
the email provided and verify the user's address information before sending out the prize.
If VOOPOO does not receive an email reply within 7 days after the email is sent, the winner
will be deemed to abandon the prize. All prizes will be sent out within a month after the
event ends, and you will be informed of the parcel number for your prize via email. If you
win the prize on Instagram, VOOPOO official
account @voopoo.global will contact you.
2. What content can I create for the DIY competition? Can I participate if I can't
draw?
You can create and doodle DIY based on the theme of Halloween. Please refer to the tutorial
for the complete submission process.
